In the month of November, the Bohlsen Restaurant Group runs a series of Harvest Dinners throughout all of its locations. All of the ingredients for these dinners are locally sourced from farms, served fresh, and paired with wines from local wineries.
Saluk Advertising was brought in to deliver an advertising campaign to promote this program. Using a series of PR, digital advertising, print, and social media, we targeted the geography and demographic of those most likely to participate in this event. The results were outstanding, as each restaurant had a full house throughout the duration of this wonderful series of dinners.
